Prepare whole year budgets and submit estimation of program costs as compaign plan development
- Plan and prepare advertising and promotional goods to increase sales of products or services, working with Operation Sales & Marketing and advertising agencies
- Coordinate activities of departments, such as Operation Sales & Marketing, Purchase department to research, gather and organize information to plan advertising compaigns
- Read trade journals and professional literature to stay informed on trends, innovations and changes that affect media planning
- Motivate and monitor the staff of a compaign team to advance compaign goals
- Plan and execute advertising policies and strategies for organizations
- Track program budgets and expenses and compaign response rates to evaluate each compaign based on program objectives and industry norms
