Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategies which involve creating a roadmap to acquire and engage as many members in the online community.
• Build Communities in large numbers across messaging and social media platforms catering to the youth in Southern India.
• Lead a team of dedicated youth leaders, providing training and externship opportunities to foster their professional growth.
• Be available for up to 2 daily stand-ups online of 15-20 mins from 10-11pm each on google meets with progress updates.
