Mansioni e competenze richieste: creazione linea e gestione del servizio dei dessert, pre-dessert, petit-four per il ristorante fine-dining (sotto la direzione dello chef), creazionene gestinme de creazione linea per secondo ristorante in struttura (pasticceria tradizionale), creazione della linea di pasticceria per il breakfast service dell'hotel (lievitati come torte, muffins, monoporzioni). Contratto a tempo determinato rinnovabile fino al 07/01/2025, vitto e aloggio incluso.
