Dr Stephan van der Merwe’s Dental Practice is looking for a dynamic and thorough individual to join our practice on a permanent basis.

The Dental Assistant plays an important part in ensuring our patients are as comfortable as possible during their treatment. Supporting the dentist by preparing patients for treatment, managing dental materials and equipment and providing chairside assistance as needed.

Job Requirements

· Experience as a Dental Assistant

· Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred

· Outstanding verbal communication skills

· A friendly, positive demeanor

· Great administrative and organizational skills

· Ability to work under pressure

· Fluent in Afrikaans and English
