The International Water Management Institute (IWMI), a CGIAR Research Center is seeking for an innovative & multi skilled candidate to join its headquarters in Battaramulla, Sri Lanka as the Senior Officer – Talent Development.

The Senior Officer – Talent Development is responsible for efficiently implementing the organization's Learning and Development (L&D) activities and promoting a culture of continuous learning within IWMI. This role also involves providing guidance and administering performance management initiatives, as well as overseeing capacity development efforts. Additionally, the Senior Officer will be accountable for managing internships and graduate fellowships across IWMI.
