Job Description:
• Create MEP design concepts for prefabricated building system
• Create RAB dan BQ from related designs
• Create detailed drawings of related designs
• Periodically Supervise the implementation of construction
• Check the work of the subcontractor to fit the implementation procedures
• Carry out supervision related to MEP technical scope (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and finishing on construction projects
• Handling problems that may arise in the MEP technical scope, including conducting tests
• Assisting the commercial team in preparing MEP layout drawings and 3D illustrations
• Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to coordinate MEP activities, resolve conflicts, and manage the quality of MEP contractors
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with overall construction plans
