Should be well versed with the US IT recruitment process & provide staffing needs based on the client/implementation partner's requirements. The ideal candidate must have Have a minimum of 2-3 Years' experience in US IT Recruitment. Know visa classification (H1B, OPT, H4-EAD, and TN Visa) & different Tax Terms.
