Caregiver for elderly & seniors job in st petersburg, Russian Federation

Hello, I will be living in st petersburg for a minimum of 3 months. I will have a limb correction surgery at medical center located near kudrovo, then week after move to an apartment where I would need some help and assistance in walking or perhaps in changing bandages once or twice a week to avoid the infection near wound. Cooking would be ideal if a person can cook a meal.
I am very friendly, down to earth and honest person, always up for good laugh.

Could speak some English and some experience in first aid training like know how to change bandage/rebandage. Most importantly friendly and a caring person.
