Our client, a highly-stable global firm, has been in business for decades. But due to recent acquisitions they are experiencing tremendous growth. As such, they are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role will involve managing a team of 3 Payroll Specialists, while supporting multi-state payroll for over 4,000 employees.

Term: Full Time / Direct Hire

Location: Pasadena, CA (hybrid flexibility)

Desired Qualifications:
• 6+ years of professional payroll experience
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Extensive knowledge of multi-state payroll processes
• Hands on experience with ADP
• CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) is highly preferred
• Strong Excel skills are a must
