**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the smooth operation of the factory and products are of high quality accordance to specification
- Monitoring and control the inventory stock levels of finished products
- On-going improvement and up grading of machinery for better performance to increase production output
- Maintaining effective records of all customer’s purchases and meeting total customer satisfaction
- Maintaining adequate work-force in the factory to ensure achievement or production programme
- Conduct in-house training for the new work force in the production floor
- To promote a high level of morale; and to maintain a good working discipline among the work force in the factory
- Maintaining the quality procedures and records according to ISO requirements
• *Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree with at least 5 to 7 years experience in managing a manufacturing plant
- Results-oriented with good analytical mind to ensure the factory is run in the most effective and efficient manner
