Then join us as a Senior Manager Measurement System Capability and work as a process owner for calibration, measurement system analysis and equipment qualification with an international team to best position and shape Infineon worldwide. In your new role you will:
• Be the process owner for Calibration (CAL), Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and Equipment qualification (EQ), continuously looking for improvements
• Be responsible for the sustaining IFX QM CAL, MSA, EQ and respective tools, including regular steering meetings with all relevant stakeholder across organizations as well as managing the impact of internal and external influence
• Be responsible for reporting of effectiveness and efficiency KPI
• Build up cross functional team- and project set ups, lead focus teams (up to 5 people) and being the technical/thought leadership in implementing necessary measures
