Nextern, an US based innovator in developing and manufacturing class II & III electro-mechanical medical devices is seeking a Procurement Supervisor for its Binh Duong, Vietnam location.

Overall Responsibilities:
• Maintain and manage good supplier relationships
• Understand the business of manufacturing:
• Procurement and Costing; materials, labor, operations
• Planning and Scheduling
• Processes and Systems
• Logistics
• Understand and assist the quality engineers to assure product quality requirements are implemented and maintained
• Understand and assist the production engineers to assure tooling, product and production time frames are met
• Continuous supplier negotiations that assure product and tooling costs are controlled and justified
• Continuous supplier negotiations that assure production schedules are prioritized and maintained per Nextern production requirements
