Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Showroom Manager at Santiniketan Handlooms Private Limited located in Bolpur Santiniketan. The Showroom Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the showroom, including managing the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the showroom's appearance. They will also develop and implement sales strategies, analyze sales data, and collaborate with other departments to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
