What You'll Do:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges. Craft compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the value proposition of TMS Group's integrated marketing solutions. Collaborate with internal teams across creative, account management, and production to ensure a seamless client experience. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity, identifying new market opportunities.

Who You Are:
Proven track record of success in B2B sales and business development, ideally within the marketing and advertising industry (3+ years).
