• Supplier SWOT Analysis
• Supplier Audits & Strategic Rationalization

Shipment Management
• Operations management
• Documentation validation and coordination with stakeholders
• Shipment KPI monitoring and dashboard management
• LSP SLA management

People/Team Management
• Team Management – Development, engagement and team building
• Performance Management
• Spearheading deliverables & actions for realization of targets involving Cross functional teams
