(Senior) Legal Counsel SWARCO Group (m/f/d)

Location: Wattens / Tyrol / Austria | Full-time (38,5 h) | Hybrid

Your Challenge
• You will expand the legal team and handle all legal inquiries from group companies in domestic and foreign countries
• Legal guidance and (risk) assessment of projects for the holding company and group companies with internal and external contact
• Cross-functional cooperation with specialist departments of the Group holding company and other stakeholders as a sparring partner on selected legal issues
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating international contracts as well as (further) developing sample contracts and templates
• Supervision of proceedings in courts and authorities as well as coordination of external lawyers and consultants

Your Profile
• Completed studies in law
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in a law firm or legal department of a company
