Job Profile:
• Documentation & Records
• Manage project accounts data and ensure proper record keeping.
• Maintain records of Consultants, Freelancers and 3 rd party engagement.
• Maintain records of Rent agreements and create a schedule of payment/reminder system as per agreement terms.
• Maintain records of all agreements of the landscape and create a schedule of payment as per agreement terms.
• Maintain records of fixed asset items procured for Secretariat and landscapes. Coordinate with landscape members and ensure that the asset register is updated
• Software & Applications
• Create and manage POs in D365.
• Update / Create entries in D365 to manage expenses.
• Create Finance MIS reports for the Landscape leads / TL with various parameters
• Coordination with Landscape
• Coordinate with landscape finance representatives for bill settlement.
• Coordinate with division finance team for timely payment and related data sharing
