What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION

In this position, you will get to:
• Develop, implement, and maintain a continuously improving complete maintenance program that optimizes safety performance, asset utilization and health, cost-effectiveness and quality objectives, while meeting or exceeding production and business key results
• Develop, evaluate and implement appropriate predictive and preventive maintenance strategies and techniques for a premier reliability program
• Deliver results through demonstration of nVent’s cultural beliefs, leading by example and driving those beliefs into the maintenance team
