You will play a pivotal role in supporting the underwriting process of potential acquisitions and development opportunities to integrate the company's portfolio of residential projects in Mexico. What the job involves
• Create, update and keep track of financial models to determine the financial feasibility of developing potential sites, including market and zoning analysis, density studies, construction cost and schedule estimates
• Coordinate the due diligence process, including the analysis on zoning, entitlements, engineering, construction, and other related issues of potential acquisition sites
• Research the real estate market conditions through location assessment and comparable sales analysis
