The Operations Manager – Italy E&C Business, working on multiple sites, is critical to implement the right processes and best practices across the Organization at all its levels, including formulating strategy, improving performance and securing compliance, efficiency and profitability during the course of business. This role will supervise Engineering, Project Management and Manufacturing Departments, that operates in the design and manufacture of pressure equipment (heat exchangers, reactors, towers, ect.) for the Refining, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Oil & Gas industries.
