Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Agent. The Travel Agent will be responsible for making reservations, providing exceptional customer service, managing car rentals, arranging travel, and generating sales.

Qualifications
• Experience in making reservations,visa filing, and arranging travel
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proven sales experience
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
• Proficiency in relevant computer software programs
• Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism or related field is a plus
