Requirements:
• +3 years of experience in product management - in tourism, e-commerce, and logistics;
• Demonstrated expertise in software development at an advanced level, with proven achievements in launching successful products;
• The position involves both business analysis and project management responsibilities;
• Demonstrated proactive and motivated attitude towards software development;
• Extensive familiarity with agile/lean methodologies;
• Proficiency in the English language;
• Substantial hands-on experience utilizing collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence, along with expertise in building effective flows;
• Ability to think creatively and concentrate on delivering practical solutions tailored to user needs.

Advantages:
• Agile certifications in Project management, PSPO or CPO;
• Degree or equivalent education, preferably in Computer Science, Social Sciences or Economics;
• Fluent German;
• Software development background.
