We currently have a vacancy for a: Customer Service Representative based at the Doves Hillcrest, KwaZulu-Natal.

Key Performance Areas:

RECEPTIONIST DUTIES
• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
• Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook.
• Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for office phone and console operation.
• Request Money for the Hub /Parking Doctors fees, consulate fees etc, compile Fno: of the HUB’s to balance Cash requests.
• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Ensure that branches provide excellent funeral services by managing branch complaints and complements report.
