Your role in the team
• Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the maintenance and further development of our CRM system
• You have a key role as a system administrator for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) and work closely with our specialist departments and external partners
• You coordinate the business requirements and are a member of various steering committees
• You know our business processes, develop effective solutions in a team and work on troubleshooting
• You are responsible for the system configuration (all administrative tasks, user management, workflows and integration of ISV solutions)
• You work in the release and change management processes for MS Dynamics 365 (CRM)

Our expectations:

Qualifications
• Ideally, you have very good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), MS Power Automate and MS Power Apps
• Knowledge of C#, Java Script and the use of the XRM toolbox is a plus
