Biomass Lab (biomasslab.in) is looking for an energetic sales/marketing professional with a background in Agriculture sales. This role will oversee sales and marketing of our agriculture products (Pesticides & Growth Promoters).

Role and Responsibilities
• Achieve Sales targets for Budaun region. Candidates should be willing to travel extensively across the Budaun District.
• Build dealer networks & work closely with dealers to grow business in their areas.
• Engage with dealers on a regular basis, coach them and monitor them.
• Assist dealer to conduct product demos and trials with farmers and resolve field issues.
• Educate dealers & farmers on the benefits of our products.
• Order follow-up with headquarter for on time dispatch & delivery.
• Payment collection from Dealers.
• Report timely to Managing Director and Headquarter.
• Should have a bike and resident of Budaun.

Qualifications
• Graduate from Agriculture.
