Identification of exact Hardware issues in computers systems and providing technical solutions (Card Level support). End user support in MS Office Application and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners. Basic Networking Knowledge. Sound knowledge of operating systems and end user Application support. Should have the ability to solve complex hardware and EUC issues. The day-to-day task of a support engineer includes helping end user to ensure the smooth functioning of the computers, network, and operation.
