• To carry out all the Instrumentation related engineering activities in the plant to meet the production targets with the operational excellence culture.
• To carry out all the Calibration activities within the due date by using current SOPs.
• To carry out the Preventive, predictive, breakdown & shutdown maintenance of PLC, DCS and all field & Control Instruments.
• Provide the services & equipment needed for new products and formulation changes.
• Preparing Calibration schedules, Shut-Down schedules.
• Identifying the required equipment spares and accessories.
• To continuously monitor the maintenance activities in the plant
• Reporting the status of the maintenance activity to the Instrumentation Manager daily
• Perform regular/periodic activities of GMP procedures established in the plant
• Follow safety procedures like work permit systems, PPE usage during the maintenance
