• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery area, including equipment, tools, and work surfaces.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to ensure smooth operation of the bakery.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes, seasonal offerings, and special promotions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and offering recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and ingredients to continuously enhance your skills and offerings.
