We are searching for a talented and experienced Storekeeper to join our dynamic team at Ghani Biriyani Restaurant, a thriving multi-cuisine restaurant located in Thanjavur.

About the Role:
In this role, you'll be the key player ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly. You'll be responsible for managing our inventory, keeping things organized, and ensuring our chefs have everything they need.
• Keep our kitchen running smoothly.
• Manage inventory, receive deliveries & maintain records.
• Order supplies & prevent stockouts.
• Organize & maintain the storeroom for efficiency.
• Minimize waste & control costs through smart ordering.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.

Strong inventory management skills with experience in a point-of-sale system.

Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
