Duties

Overseas all assigned employees during shift. Works along with employees and sets the pace. Provides on the job training.

Prepares a variety of hot beverages such as cappuccinos, brewed coffee, lattes, espresso, hot chocolate, etc. by selecting proper ingredients.

Serves cold beverages and food items, such as soda, juices, cookies, muffins, pastries, etc.

Provides work direction to subordinates, demonstrates proper work methods, provides work related guidance, ensures necessary products are available and that employees follow security, safety, and housekeeping standards. Performs the same kind of work as subordinates.

Receives payment, operates cash register, makes and returns change to patrons.

Maintains work area in a neat and clean manner. Sets up/cleans tables for customers and replenishes condiment items as necessary.

Performs preventative maintenance and cleaning. Also performs heavy duty cleaning tasks such as coffee machines.
