In this role, you will lead México Payroll & Benefits process within C&B Global organization, ensuring the proper payroll and benefits delivery, supporting process improvement activities with 2 Payroll Vendors (TMF-SIM) and standardized processes supporting ~ approx. 4.000 employees & 10 Legal Entities in Mexico. You will coordinate with MX local payroll team (spoke), the global C&B and Payroll initiatives, vendor’s administration, and daily payroll operations/reports to provide service on timely, accurate & compliant manner per tax authorities, businesses, & internal deadlines.
