Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PHYSICAL SCIENTIST/OCEANOGRAPHER in the Ocean Projects Department (N9) of NAVOCEANO BAY ST LOUIS. Responsibilities You will direct overall technical direction and coordination of operational survey system support requirements of the branch. You will execute the required branch projects by assigning resources within allocated budget, sets project objectives, prioritize and schedule. You will resolve difficult technical and administrative problems, coordinates liaison between branch personnel and divisions for scheduling, staffing, and reporting progress of projects. You will exercise direct technical guidance to assigned personnel. You will collaborate with other divisions and branched in the department to negotiate and coordinate work related changes affecting survey operations or other branch tasks.
