The person in this position must develop in-depth knowledge of state statutes, State Board of Education regulations and guidelines, and agency policies related to educator preparation programs, program approval/accreditation procedures (state and national), PK-12 requirements, Title II requirements and data reporting, and knowledge of national program approval trends. Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills to work with agency colleagues and external stakeholders from varied entities. Demonstrate the ability to conduct research, analyze data to inform program evaluation and effectiveness, and utilize data to create reports and presentations.
