Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Gombe. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with clients, managing customer accounts, and collaborating with other teams to identify and respond to clients' needs.

Qualifications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Demonstrated experience in sales and account management
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus
• Understanding of market research and analysis
