Job Requirements

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Oasis Nursing Home And Polyclinic in Kolaghat,West Bengal. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be able to multitask, and have a friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable

• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

• Update calendars and schedule meetings

• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
