Responsibilities
• Ensuring compliance of Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management System of the Company.
• To ensure proper implementation of GMP system in the production.
• To ensure all workers understand and adhere to GMP rules and carry out work according to work instructions.
• Ensure former and holder handling during incoming, outgoing, and installation run smoothly.
• Ensure each type, size, and category of former segregated, arranged and record accordingly.
• Work together with Factory Manager to achieve better yield and minimize the former scrap.
• Ensure formers and holders stock, consumable items and PPE are available at all times to reduce downtime and maximize production time by coordinating with relevant department.
• To liaise with relevant department on former testing or change of former ratio carry out according to schedule.
• Constantly study the process flow problem to elevate any bottle necks issue.
