Requirements
• Degree in Mining Engineering
• Mine Managers Certificate of Competency
• Blasting Certificate for Underground Scheduled Mines
• 15-20 years of experience in an underground mining environment
• Minimum of 10 years at senior management level

Responsibilities
• Heading up of the underground mining division
• Extensive experience in contracting to blue chip clients
• Manage mining contracts profitably
• Meet planned/budgeted margins
• Effectively manage underground mining contract(s)
• Meet production profiles
• Manage and maintain stable client relationships
• Professional promotion of the company brand
