Implement all safety rules and standards in each routine and daily tasks and eliminate any risk or hazard. Apply all process and operation checklist to optimize ball mills operation – completion more than 90%. Perform complete audits on the workshops of ball mills and define the gaps and recommend the corrective actions and solutions- close all assigned process actions. Contribute in the cost of operation to reduce the electrical energy consumption of ball mills by 2-3%. Maximize the utilization of the smart system to control the operation of ball mills - Mill Master <90% Responsibilities: 1-Health & Safety: Adhere to and enforce relevant legislation and policies and ensure that the highest degree of safety and safe working practices are maintained. 2-Functional: The purpose is to prepare, plan, organize and follow-up the activities of Cement Ball mills grinding and give inputs assisting to achieve the assigned target.
