Candidate with experience of 8-15 years in production of Bedsheets, Curtains, Cushions, Comforter, Duvet, Quilt etc.Home furnishing Madeups Articles production planning & execution.Creating new samples of products as per design & finishing details.Developments of products as per Buyer's specifications & requirement.Create Cut & stitch plan of product with minimum fabric consumption.Optimization of fabric consumption to avoid wastage and make product cost effective.Stitching styles & patterns development.Costing of finish product.Sending new samples to the buyer/customers on time.Coordinate with merchandising and sales team for approvals of samples.Also to take production sample approval.Bulk production planning and timely executionCoordinate with purchase team for fabrics/ trims and accessories.Responsible for quality checks of raw materials & finish goods.Inventory management and control.Planning of resourses for every order.Lead & guide to the team of Masters, tailors etc.Handle...
