A private limited company into garment trading , on a rapid growth path , is looking for a HR Manager to head the HR Function.

Candidate should have masters degree in Human Resources with minimun of 7-8 years of work experience from any industry. Experience and understanding of end to end HR processes. Ability to manage entire employee life cycle from hire to retire. Should have experience in recruitment , performance Management, payroll & compliance thereof. Experience with any HRMS system is desirable.

Good verbal and written communication (Marathi,Hindi and English) skills is must.

Candidate should have solution focused mind and result orientation, be a quick learner and ability to multi task .

HR Manager will lead 2 member team and they will support 400+ employee spread across Maharashtra.
