**The Job**
- You analyse the customer needs, give input on how to automate the proces and assist in working out final solutions.
- You build up strong commercial and scientific customer relations in the field of laboratory automation.
- You work closely together with your collegues of the technical service to assure full support for your clients.
- Your customer base includes universities, research facilities, biotechnological and pharmaceutical laboratories in Belgium and Luxembourg.
- You have, preferably, experience with automating laboratory techniques (molecular biology, cell culture and liquid handling in general). Or, you have experience with above mentioned laboratory techniques and some affinity with automation and software programming.
- You are analytical and able to provide quick solution
- Programming experience (Visual Basic, Java Script, HTML,...) is an asset.
