With a stable and growing engineering team, they are looking to onboard a new Tech Lead to be a part of the journey near Winterthur.

What you will be doing:
• Taking responsibility for the design and architecture for the core product
• Driving forward the engineering teams with insight and technical leadership.
• Working in an object oriented development environment (C#/.NET) you will help to prepare the improvements and optimization of the DevOps process (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Being a contact person for internal stakeholders and representing the business as you interact with interdisciplinary teams.
• Taking part in innovation projects in the field of Generative AI and Machine Learning.
