Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for a Tele Caller. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining company products and services, answering customer questions, and updating customer information in the database. The Tele Caller will also handle customer complaints or inquiries, and record details of each call for future reference.
