System Administrator

Functional profile:
• Resolving technical issues and user complaints in a timely and effective manner (support to user in local language)
• Ensuring uptime and availability of systems, products and services
• Monitor, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware and software components to ensure system stability and security
• Monitoring and analyzing operational metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies as needed (incl. alignment within Global Support and Operations organization)
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that support and operations align with overall business and IT objectives
• Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, vendors, and IT teams – esp. managers within their site(s)
