NABA is looking for motivated individuals to join the enrollment team as:

Enrollment Advisor Americas – Mexico City

Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Reporting to the Area Manager, the Enrollment Advisor agrees to provide business development services in the assigned area, which include but are not limited to:

· Follow the leads from the first contact up to the enrollment with different channels as calls, emails, instant messaging, etc…

· Follow accurately the journey of the lead per the defined process on the CRM system maintaining accurate and timely updates and documentation on the system

· Supporting the Area Manager with weekly reports pertaining to the activities undertaken

· Being accountable to stay up to date on all ongoing campaigns and events and advising leads on this.

· Join the promotional events organized in order to support and maximize the enrollment campaign.
