Introduction

The above position has become vacant at our site situated in Balfour Mpumalanga, reporting to the Deboning Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily monitoring and implementation of quality controls, food safety, health and safety, deboning, and personnel management in the deboning operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

Functions and duties (included but are not limited to):
• Carry out pre-operational checks.
• Daily inspections on cleaned surfaces.
• Ensuring hygiene standards and food safety and quality standards and policies are enforced and maintained at the highest level by working close with the Deboning Manager and Quality Controllers.
• Ensuring quality and product yields are met.
• Ensure Occupational Health and Safety procedures are adhered to according to regulations by all employees and maintain a safe working environment.
