Responsibilities:- Preparation of quarterly financial announcement and statutory report- Preparation of monthly Group consolidated financial statements, segmental reports and treasury reports- Preparation of the financial analysis report and commentary (if applicable)- Managing the monthly variance analysis and providing commentary on the financial performance- Consolidation of the Group capex budget and financial forecast for the management and board meeting- Preparation of monthly Group cashflow estimates, annual tax estimation and revision- Review of the monthly management reports and annual transfer pricing documentations- Oversee corporate accounting process and internal control system- Liaising with external auditors, internal auditors, tax agent, bankers and other professional consultants- Undertakes project work or ad hoc job-related matters or any other duties as and when assigned/requested by the Management from time to time**Requirements**:- Minimum 3 years of related...
