Responsibilities
• Recruitment life cycle planning, budgeting and delivery
• Inducting and Onboarding new recruits
• Support managers through the management of employee performance - probationary period and performance management processes
• Advise and support managers on developments in employment law, best practice, and practical applications to assist in staff management
• Continuously improve HR processes, policies, and procedures in line with changing organisation policy and legislation to ensure HR services work effectively and efficiently.
• Creating employee engagement initiatives
• Creating an employer brand for our recruitment strategy
• Designing pay scales and benefits packages
• Identifying and retaining key talent across the organisation.
