APM is looking to recruit a **Software Quality Agent / Tester** to complete our quality management team

The job is full time, on-site and located at Geneva, Switzerland

2-years work contract
• *Missions**
- **Testing**_
- Perform manual acceptance testing on bug tickets.
- Record and maintain regression test scripts by using SmartBear TestComplete tool on both new developments and bug fixes.
- Create incident and bug tickets in APM ticketing tool (Jira) following company procedures.
- Follow-up on created ticket advancements to give regular feedback to management team.
- Participate to a frequent “Quality Committee” meeting with other testers.
- **Documentation Management**_
- Update of APM software user guides.
- Management of internal Knowledge Base to improve support team efficiency.
• *Qualifications and Skills**
- Knowledge of software testing process. Experience on SmartBear TestComplete tool would be an advantage.
