We are hiring a Head of Planning - Europe to join our Global Planning and Logistics team in Germany or the UK.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Demand Planning, to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, cross-functional experience, financial and business acumen, as well as transformation skills to drive our planning function forward.

The objective of the Demand Planning team is to manage the consensus demand reconciliation, alignment across the organization including the Finance, Product, and Sales teams.

Key to success in this role is strong engagement with business leaders, ability to challenge and understand the driver of the changes, as well as being an integral liaison point between the front-end functions (Product and Sales & Marketing) and back-end functions (Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance).
